- IF you are unable to preview your customized pieces on our website, you will receive your digital rendering(s) within 1-3 business days

- Once you have approved your rendering(s), production time may take up to 10-12 business days

Most of our single-layered acrylic pieces will be 1/8” thick. We do offer a wooden backing option on our medium to large acrylic signs for an additional fee. Although the wooden backing offers additional support to our fragile products we do not recommend adding this option to any signs that will be used as wall decor as this will add additional weight to your sign.
We can add double-stick acrylic tape to our signs per request. There will be an additional fee added. Please make this request prior to purchase. Once production has started, we will not be able to add this option for you.
We can add loops to the top of your sign for easy stringing, or we can add double-stick tape to the back for an additional fee. Please request either option prior to purchase.
We will allow up to 2 digital proof edits per product. A fee will be charged for additional proofs. Please contact us via e-mail for this option.
A digital proof/digital rendering is a computer-generated visual of your requested customizations. Your renderings will be sent via e-mail and approval is required prior to the start of production. Once approved, no edits will be allowed.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, in-studio pick-ups will be suspended until further notice.
We do offer delivery upon request at a $30 fee for most areas on Oahu. Additional charge will be added for deliveries extending beyond the major Oahu towns. Once payment has been made, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your scheduled delivery time. Due to Covid-19, we will be doing a contactless drop off at your doorstep. Deliveries will not be made to apartments/condos until further notice as contactless delivery is not an option.
If requested far in advance (6 months - 1 year prior), we MAY be able to accommodate you. Please e-mail us to inquire prior to making your purchase.
All promo sales will be final. No returns or exchanges can be made unless you have received a defective item. In that case, we will send another piece out asap. Please hold onto the item until further investigation is done or in case we need to file a claim with our courier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with the corresponding shipping service-- We will get a new item(s) sent out right away for you. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.

Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method -- if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.

Please confirm the address entered at checkout or on PayPal matches your shipping address as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer. A refund will not be given for purchases that arrive broken.
