Production time is usually dependent on our workload at the time but due to current business guidelines surrounding COVID-19, production operations & response times will be delayed. Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible!
Small Custom Items
- IF you are unable to preview your customized pieces on our website, you will receive your digital rendering(s) within 1-3 business days
- Once you have approved your rendering(s), production time may take up to 10-12 business days
- Shipping time is 3-6 business days
Large Custom Signs & Bulk Orders:
- You'll receive your digital proof within 1-3 business days
- Once approved, production time may take up to 12-15 business days
- Shipping time is 3-6 business days
All Pre-Made Items (Non-Customized):
- Will ship within 3-4 business days
- Shipping time is 3-6 business days
If you need your order by a specific date, please email or call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rush fees may apply.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with the corresponding shipping service-- We will get a new item(s) sent out right away for you. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.
Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method -- if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.
Please confirm the address entered at checkout or on PayPal matches your shipping address as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer. A refund will not be given for purchases that arrive broken.
